i stayed for two nights celebrating a special birthday. staff were attentive. they couldn't do more to. lovely touches were in the room, and a bottle of wine awaited us. nothing was too much trouble. i had a perfect stay.
i booked for drinks on the 11th floor, but was put into a small side bar. i sat down and left within 5 mins. i was waiting to be served during breakfast. someone at the table next to us came in 20 mins later and got served straight away, so i had to ask to be served. breakfast isn't worth the price.

I was a bit disappointed my room looked nothing like what i saw online. i was told i would receive free breakfast because of it but i was charged anyway. nobody seemed to communicate with each other regarding the guests. the bathroom was tiny. i found it hard to put on makeup or dry my hair. There wasn't even a desk.
